queXC 0.9.8 has been released on Sourceforge.
This fixes a bug where data import failed when there were characters in the CSV import that were not UTF-8 compatible. Also fixes a bug where operators were not delivered a case to work on when the system was instructed to search both the label or the code for a matching record.
To upgrade from 0.9.6/0.9.7:
1. Backup config.inc.php (copy to config.inc.php.bak)
2. Extract the new package over your existing installation
3. Copy your config.inc.php.bak file over the extracted config file
